Training Development Pharmacist

Job Role

We are pleased to announce a unique opportunity to join our expanding team as a Training Development Pharmacist. The role would be ideal for a pharmacist who has excellent writing skills and is passionate about supporting the education and development of future pharmacists.

Responsibilities

This list is a summary of the main accountabilities of this role. The role holder may be occasionally required to undertake other duties in line with the role.

  • Develop training materials relevant to Pharmacy Undergraduates, Foundation pharmacists and the pharmacy team
  • Review & update training materials and assessments and ensure they meet ProPharmace ‘high quality’ training standards
  • Ensure training is developed in line with key requirements and current evidence-based practice
  • Attend team meetings and development opportunities and communicate with ProPharmace trainers on a regular basis
  • Work with the wider team to support the implementation of new training initiatives including webinars and digital learning solutions

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC (UK)
  • Be familiar with the GPhC registration assessment framework
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT Skills

Salary

Freelance contract dependant on skills and experience

Hours

Flexible to fit in alongside existing clinical roles

Location

Currently working from home, will require travel to training locations
