You may submit your answers in either audio or written format. You will be asked a series of questions designed to prompt reflection on what you have learned during the programme and how you intend to apply this knowledge in practice.

Grading Criteria

Your responses will be assessed based on the depth of reflection, clarity of explanation, and the relevance of the examples provided.

You will be graded according to the following scale:

• Unsatisfactory: The response does not adequately address the question and lacks clarity or depth.
• Satisfactory: The response meets basic expectations, demonstrating general understanding and some practical application.
• Very Good: The response is well-structured, detailed, and shows a strong grasp of the subject matter, supported by clear examples.
• Excellent: The response is comprehensive, insightful, and demonstrates a high level of understanding and practical application, with well-chosen examples and confident delivery.

Instructions

• Whether in audio or written form, each response should be between 2 to 5 minutes in length, or approximately 200 words.
• Speak or write clearly and confidently.
• Structure your answers logically, reflecting on your learning and how you will apply it in practice.
• Use specific examples from your own experience to support your points.
